    You cannot comment and vote for ideas that are in the Completed, Unlikely to implement, Duplicate, or Already exists state. The Open ( Open for comments and votes icon) or Closed (Closed for comments and votes icon) icon indicates whether the idea is open or closed for comments and votes.

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to All > Ideas > Idea Portal.
    2. Select the title of an idea to view its details.
    3. Review the idea details and then choose which action to perform on the idea.
