Administrators can use the baseline page to create a customized summary page.

Vancouver	Fraud score page View the fraud score page to get detailed insights into a claim's fraud score and history to help determine the fraud risk of a case. Administrators can create a customized scoring page. Data model enhancements The Personal Lines Claims data model has been enhanced to address new claims features: Applicable snapshots of a policy, such as the claim incident date, can be saved. Claim participant profiles for a claim case can be saved. In-depth injury details can be added by using a claim injury object. A claim incident object can be extended to create any line of business-specific incident objects such as the personal auto property.
