View scenario change details

    • View details of each change that you implemented in a scenario. You can view details such as the space that is changed, the type of change, and the workplace move case associated with the change.

    Before you begin

    Ensure that the scenario is created.

    Role required: sn_wsd_spcmgmt.space_planner, sn_wsd_spcmgmt.scenario_reader (read-only; to view a scenario)

    About this task

    View details of every change made in the scenario. You can view details such as the floor where the change was applied, the space that was changed, the type of change, and the scenario value. If the scenario is in the Deployed state, you can also view the workplace move cases associated with each change implemented in the scenario.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to any one of the following locations:
      • All > Workplace Central > Workplace Central.
      • All > Scenario Planning > My Scenario Plans
      You can also open Workplace Central from the Employee Center directly. Navigate to Workspaces > Workplace Central.
      The Workplace Analytics dashboard opens.
    2. Select the Space Optimization icon (Space Optimization icon.).
      The Space optimization dashboard opens.
    3. Open the scenario that you want to view by using any of the following paths.

      From the Scenarios list section
      1. At the end of the scenarios list, click View all.

        A list of all the scenarios created in the application are displayed.

      2. Select the scenario that you want to view.

        You can use the search and filter options on the list.
      From the Buildings list section
      1. Select the building that you want to view.

        The stack plan view of the building opens.

      2. Select Related scenarios.
      3. Select the scenario that you want to view.
      The stack plan of the selected scenario opens.
    4. Select the Space Deployment plan tab of the scenario.
      If the scenario is grouped by neighbourhood, to view user related changes, select the User Deployment plan.

    Result

    The details of every change that is implemented on the scenario is displayed. If the scenario is in the Deployed state, you can also view the workplace move cases associated with each change implemented in the scenario.
