Use personal notes to add information that is not finalized and must not be tracked within the case history.

About this task
Working notes are accessible to all agents who are working on a case. In some cases, agents might not want private notes or moving parts of information of a case (for example, Employee Relation case) to be viewed by other
agents. In such a scenario, agents can use personal notes.
