Add personal notes

  • Use personal notes to add information that is not finalized and must not be tracked within the case history.

    Role required: sn_hr_core.case_writer

    About this task

    Working notes are accessible to all agents who are working on a case. In some cases, agents might not want private notes or moving parts of information of a case (for example, Employee Relation case) to be viewed by other agents. In such a scenario, agents can use personal notes.My personal notes

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Agent Workspace for HR Case Management.
    2. From Lists, select an HR case.
    3. In the Contextual Side Panel, click Personal Notes Personal notes icon.
      Note:
      Only the agent to whom the case is assigned will have access to edit the personal notes. In case of a case transfer, the last agent will have read only access to the personal notes.
