Accept or Decline a mentorship request

    • As a mentor, you can accept or decline a mentorship request from a mentee based on whether they seem like the right fit for you or not.

    Before you begin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Employee Center > Your career > Mentoring > Overview.
    2. On a mentor's profile, in the Mentorship requests section, use the viewing drop-down and select Waiting for response.
    3. Select Review on any of the mentorship requests displayed.
    4. On the Mentorship request details panel, select either Decline or Accept.
