Set up Document Templates to automate and simplify the process of filling, reviewing and signing a document online.

Application activation

You can activate the Document Templates application from ServiceNow Store.

Note:

PDF document template and HTML document template are available with the Document Templates application. For Word document Template, Contract Management Pro (paid) or Legal Service Delivery (paid) license is required.

To configure and use a PDF document template, see Document Templates of type PDF (Advanced forms).
To configure and use an HTML document template, see Document Templates of type HTML.

Request apps on the Store

Visit the ServiceNow Store website to view all the available apps and for information about submitting requests to the store. For cumulative release notes information for all released apps, see the ServiceNow Store version history release notes.
