Request a paid app for a regulated environment

  • Request to buy a paid app from a federal or regional ServiceNow Store instance to make that app available on your regulated instance.

    Procedimento

    1. Access the federal or regional ServiceNow Store instance that corresponds to your regulated environment.
    2. Find and select a paid app or integration.
    3. Conduct a security review to verify that the app or integration meets the requirements for your regulated instance.
    4. Select Request App.

      If your purchase request is approved, a sales representative or your account executive contacts you by email to complete purchase and procurement.

      If you have questions about a request for a ServiceNow application, contact your account executive. If you have questions about a request for an application provided by a partner, contact the seller directly using the information provided in their seller profile. For more information, see Contact a seller.

    5. Request to purchase the app from its listing details on the ServiceNow Store according to whether the app is provided by ServiceNow or a partner.

      1. (Optional) If the app requires approval, select Request App.

        You receive an emailed notification informing you whether your request is approved. After a request is approved, you can return to listing details on your federal or regional instance of the ServiceNow Store to complete procurement.

        For additional assistance with purchase requests, you can contact your sales representative or Customer Service and Support.

      2. Select Request License.
      Partner
      1. Select Request App.

        You receive an emailed notification informing you whether your request is approved. If you have additional questions about the request, contact the seller directly using the information provided in their seller profile.

      2. From the listing details, select View ProfileView seller profile to view the partner's contact information
      3. Contact the partner and request the application using the email address listed on the profile.

      If your purchase request is approved, a sales representative contacts you by email to complete purchase and procurement.
    6. Follow the emailed instructions to complete the purchase and make the application available for installation.
    7. Opcional: If the application displays the "App Terms Not Accepted" state indicator in the Application Manager, accept the custom terms and conditions from the ServiceNow Store.
      For more information about application state indicators, see Application state indicators in Application Manager.
      1. From the application listing details in the ServiceNow Store, select Accept Terms.
      2. Download and review the custom terms and conditions.
      3. Select the option to agree to the terms and conditions.
      4. Select Accept.

    Resultado

    The application is available for installation within 24 hours of license confirmation. If the application isn't available to install from the Application Manager within 24 hours, contact Now Support for assistance.

    The application is available to install within two business days. If the application still can't be installed after two business days, contact Now Support for assistance.

    Confirmation emails for the application and any dependencies that were procured are sent to the email address associated with your ServiceNow Store account. For information about configuring which email address receives notifications for this application, see Configure ServiceNow Store application notification preferences.

    Nota:
    It can take up to two business days for the application to be available for installation after final approval.

    Install the app on compatible production or non-production instances, based on whether you have a hosted or on-premise instance:
    • If your instance is in a hosted regulated environment, install the app using the Application Manager. For more information, see Install an application or plugin.
