  • Request to buy a paid app that doesn't display the price in the ServiceNow Store listing details. The new app is available for installation after the terms of the sale are agreed to and the purchase is complete.

    You must be logged in to the ServiceNow Store with your Now Support account credentials.

    Paid apps that don't display the price in the listing details must be requested because many of these apps offer customized pricing models based on organizational needs. To request a paid app provided by ServiceNow, request the license and arrange purchase with a sales agent or with you account administrator.

    If the price for a partner app is displayed in the listing details, follow the procedure for buying a partner app instead. For more information, see Buy a partner application.

    Procedimento

    Request to purchase the app from its listing details on the ServiceNow Store according to whether the app is provided by ServiceNow or a partner.

    1. Select Request license.

      A sales agent or your account administrator reaches out to process the purchase.

    2. After the app is licensed, return to the listing details on the ServiceNow Store and select Get.
    3. Review and accept the terms and conditions.
    4. Confirm you want to procure the app by selecting Get.
    Partner
    1. Select Request purchase.
    2. After you have received an emailed approval notification, return to the ServiceNow Store listing details for the app you requested and select Buy.
    3. Review the pricing details and select Request Quote.

      You receive an emailed quote. You can view this quote's expiration date by returning to the listing details for the app.

    4. After you receive the quote, create a purchase order.
    5. When the purchase order is ready, return to the app listing details on the ServiceNow Store and select Purchase with PO.
      Dica:
      If you're no longer interested in completing the purchase, select Cancel Quote instead.
    6. If the application has custom terms and conditions, review and sign them.Review and accept the terms and conditions.
    7. Enter the purchase order number and upload the purchase order.
    8. Confirm your purchase by selecting Purchase.
    9. After you receive an email confirmation that your purchase has been approved, follow any additional instructions in the email to complete the purchase.

    Resultado

    Confirmation emails for the application and any dependencies that were procured are sent to the email address associated with your ServiceNow Store account. For information about configuring which email address receives notifications for this application, see Configure ServiceNow Store application notification preferences.

    The application is available for installation within 24 hours of license confirmation. If the application isn't available to install from the Application Manager within 24 hours, contact Now Support for assistance.

    If you receive the final approval confirmation, but the application isn't available to install within 24 hours, there are likely missing dependencies preventing installation. For more information about dependencies, see Evaluating version requirements and dependencies
