  • Buy a partner app that displays the price in the heading of the ServiceNow Store listing details to make that app available for installation.Log in to the ServiceNow Store and purchase an application that lists a non-ServiceNow provider.

    If the price for a partner app is displayed in the listing details, you can buy the app using the following procedure. If the app doesn't display the pricing, you must request the app instead. For more information, see Request a paid ServiceNow or partner app.

    Procedimento

    1. Log in to the ServiceNow Store using your Now Support credentials.
    2. Find and select the application in the ServiceNow Store to navigate to the listing details.
    3. Opcional: Select Request purchase to request approval from the provider if necessary.
      You receive an email informing you whether your request is approved. If you have questions, you can contact the application provider. For more information about contacting a provider, see Contact a seller.
    4. On the listing details page for the app, initiate the purchase by selecting Buy.
    5. Select either Credit Card or Purchase Order as your payment type.

      1. Review and accept the terms and conditions.
      2. Select Buy.
      3. Enter an email address and credit card information.
      4. Select Pay.
      Purchase order
      1. Select Request Quote.

        You're sent an emailed quote from the ServiceNow Store so you can create a purchase order.

      2. When the purchase order is complete, return to the application listing details and select Purchase with PO.
        Dica:
        If you’re no longer interested in completing the purchase, select Cancel Quote instead.
      3. Enter the purchase order number and upload the purchase order.
      4. Select PayPurchase.

        You're sent an emailed invoice from the ServiceNow Storeconfirmation once the purchase order is processed.

    6. Once you receive an email confirmation that your purchase has been approved, follow any additional instructions in the email to complete the purchase.
    7. Opcional: If the application displays the "App Terms Not Accepted" state indicator in the Application Manager, accept the custom terms and conditions from the ServiceNow Store.

      1. From the application listing details in the ServiceNow Store, select Accept Terms.
      2. Download and review the custom terms and conditions.
      3. Select the option to agree to the terms and conditions.
      4. Select Accept.

    Resultado

    Confirmation emails for the application and any dependencies that were procured are sent to the email address associated with your ServiceNow Store account. For information about configuring which email address receives notifications for this application, see Configure ServiceNow Store application notification preferences.

    The application is available for installation within 24 hours of license confirmation. If the application isn't available to install from the Application Manager within 24 hours, contact Now Support for assistance.
