  • The Now Assist Center home page provides features to quickly set up your Now Assist implementation, find automation opportunities, track performance of Now Assist solutions, and access related Now Assist applications.

    Your home page is tailored to suit your specific environment, role, and business objectives. The appearance your home page and its sections display accordingly. The entitlements, Impact subscription, plugin installations, and data associated with your instance may affect your experience on the home page.

    The following sections may appear on your home page based on your instance.

    Actionable use cases

    The first section of the home page displays a series of AI-generated cards that represent quick-start use cases. Each use case is tailored to your environment and proposed to help you implement AI adoption, best practices, and administrative setup on the platform.

    Select Activate on the card to begin, and a conversation will open in the Now Assist panel. In the Now Assist panel, you can use natural language to have your AI companion implement the use case.

    After it is implemented, the card disappears and the new solution appears under the Recently activated AI section of the home page.

    Automation opportunities

    This section shows the most relevant opportunities to automate actions or workflows in your instance using AI. The opportunities appear as actionable cards, each showing the results of an assessment performed by AI Agent Advisor.

    AI Agent Advisor analyzes your instance data to identify the leading AI opportunities, estimates the potential time savings for each opportunity, and finds the AI agents needed to support the automation.

    Select View all to see a list of all the opportunities identified by AI Agent Advisor.

    Recently activated AI

    The Recently activated AI section provides performance statistics on your most recently activated AI solutions.

    Each card displays a usage trend line to show adoption over time beginning at the time of activation.

    Select View all analytics to see a complete list of the Now Assist performance metrics in the Performance section of the Now Assist Admin console.

    AI readiness

    The Now Assist AI readiness section shows the readiness assessments for your environment.

    Each assessment helps to determine whether your organization's instance is ready to implement generative AI and agentic AI features in Now Assist. Explore actionable insights to enhance your data, applications, configurations, and workflows, improving the quality of your AI outcomes.

    Select Start AI readiness assessment to run the assessment of your instance. After the assessment is complete, the results display in a card showing your overall AI readiness status.

    Select View Assessment to see the assessment on a separate workspace tab.

    AI tools

    The AI tools section shows other AI applications on the platform outside of Now Assist Center that can help you build, manage, and monitor your solutions.

    Each application appears in a separate card or tile. Select the arrow in the card to open the application in a separate browser tab.
