  • Requesters in CBS can use Now Assist in the conversational interface and in search functionality to raise requests and get AI-enabled responses.

    After the Core Business Suite application setup, requesters gain access to enhanced Now Assist capabilities. These configurations enable AI assistance for raising and managing requests across HR, Legal services, Health & Safety, Workplace services, Finance, and Procurement.

    The Now Assist configuration activates automatically when the CBS NAVA preset runs during installation. This one-time action establishes the foundation for Now Assist enabled requester interactions. For more information, see Core Business Suite Foundation default configurations.

    The conversational interface provides natural language interaction for request submission and support. Enhanced search functionality delivers relevant results from comprehensive data sources across departments.

    The configuration aggregates data from all business units within your organization. This comprehensive data integration ensures requesters receive consistent and accurate information regardless of business unit affiliation.

    The Now Assist search sources also consider your Employee Center content to resolve queries and service requests.
