Enable the ServiceNow Otto panel to provide generative AI assistance through a conversational interface in ServiceNow Otto for Core Business Suite (CBS).

## Before you begin

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1. Navigate to Admin CenterAI Admin CenterAdmin.
2. On the AI Admin Hub page, go to AI ExperiencesServiceNow Otto Panel.  
   The ServiceNow Otto panel is turned on by default.
3. **Optional:** Select Turn off to disable it.
4. In the settings section, select Visit Assistant Designer.
5. On the Visit Assistant Designer page, select Deactivate if you want to change the default state.
