# Assign requester role manually

# Assign the CBS requester role manually {#ariaid-title1}

Create a role rule to control which employees receive the CBS requester role, so access is granted based on conditions
defined by an administrator.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AdminAdmin HomeCore Business Suite.
2. On the Product Hub page, select Configure to open the Configuration Console page.
3. In the Configuration Summary section, navigate to Employee ExperienceRequester role.
4. Select the link Assign manually via 'CBS Client Role Rule' to manually assign the CBS requester role.
5. On the CBS Client Role Rule form, fill in the fields and select Submit.

## Result
