Using Digital End-user Experience Self-service
Digital End-user Experience Self-service allows you to monitor your device's performance through the Device health check, which is available as a widget in Desktop Assistant and Employee Center, or conversationally through the Now Assist-enabled Virtual Agent.
Overview of Device health check
You can access Device health check from the following sources:
- Employee Center: The employees can now check their device health using Employee Center portal. For more information, see Check your device's health using Employee Center.
- Desktop Assistant: The employees can now check their device health using Desktop Assistant. For more information, see Check your device's health using Desktop Assistant.
- Now Assist for ITSM Virtual Agent: Employees can open the Now Assist chatbot and either directly search for 'Device Health Check' or search for device or application performance-related queries to access it. For more
information, see Check your device’s health using Now Assist for ITSM.Note:
- If there are no DEX monitored devices assigned to the user, Device health check widget will not be visible on the page and the Device health page cannot be accessed.
- If devices are offline, the device list drop-down will be disabled, and a message will appear All devices are currently offline.
- If a Device Is online but no recent data is available then the Device health check page is disabled and a following message appears Device health check is currently unavailable. If you've recently restarted your device, please try again later. If you continue to see this message, please open an IT ticket.
