View the support group for an application

  • View the support group for the application to identify who to contact when you encounter issues. The support group is typically responsible for managing incidents, troubleshooting problems, and providing technical support for the application.

    Before you begin

    Confirm that the DEX plugin (sn_dex) is installed.

    Role required: sn_dex.user or ITIL

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.
    2. In the primary navigation pane, select the Applications icon (The Applications icon.).
    3. Select the application name for which you want to view the support group.
      The support group appears in the Support group field.

      To edit a support group, change the support group and select Save.
