Key Features
- Change Requests Visualization: Change requests appear as spans on the timeline, with durations set by start and end dates from the Change Schedule Definition.
- Condition Builder: Allows filtering and sorting of change requests displayed on the schedule based on defined conditions.
- Span Styles: Span colors reflect conditions such as Risk level (default colors: High=Red, Moderate=Orange, Low=Green). Users can create, edit, or remove span style rules and apply filters.

- Change Record Summary: Clicking a span displays a summary of the change request with customizable fields and a link to open the full record for detailed information.
- Ownership and Permissions: Users who create schedules become owners and can edit or delete them. ITIL role users can create, copy, or view schedules but cannot delete schedules they do not own.
- Performance: Change schedules load client-side in batches of 20, with a maximum of 1000 records configurable by system administrators.
Practical Use for ServiceNow Customers
