Capture competitor details for your opportunity so that you can have winning sales conversations with your customer.
Before you begin
Role required: sales_manager
Procedure

Navigate to view
and select Opportunity - All.

From the Opportunity List window, select the opportunity you want to work with and select the Competitors tab.

Select New to start a new opportunity competitor or select an existing opportunity competitor to make changes.

Fill in the fields in the Opportunity Competitor form.
