Updates not populated in the activity stream in RPA Hub Workspace

    Symptom

    Work notes and Additional Comments are not shown on the Activity stream of overview page, Bot Process form, and Robot form in the RPA Hub Workspace.

    Cause

    System Property glide.activity.rule.exclude.document_tables is not configured to show Work notes and Additional Comments in the workspace view. By default, you can see all the activities in the activity stream in classic view.

    Procedimento

    1. In the navigation filter, enter sys_properties.list.
      The System Properties [sys_properties] table appears.
    2. Search and select glide.activity.rule.exclude.document_tables.
    3. Remove "cmdb" from the value field.
    4. Select Save.
      This change can negatively impact the loading speed of CMDB records in the Workspace.
