    • When a Bot Process is using Robot Pool and one of the Robots in Robot Pool is incorrectly configured, multiple failed Process Job records gets created

    Symptom

    When a Bot Process is using Robot Pool and one of the Robots in Robot Pool is incorrectly configured, multiple failed Process Job records gets created.

    Cause

    Example of incorrect configuration are:

    • Wrong credentials are provided in the Credential Management.
    • Robot machine doesn't have access to all required applications for executing the bot process.

    1. Navigate to the Robot pool record.
    2. Remove the corresponding Robot from Robot Pool until issue with credentials or application access is identified and remediated to avoid creating multiple failed Process Job records.
