Troubleshooting Common Issues.

Issue 1: Connection Test Fails.

Symptoms: Red X on connection test.

Possible causes:

• MID Server is down - Check status shows 'Up'
• SAP JCo not installed - Verify sapjco3.jar in agent/lib
• Wrong credentials - Test in SAP GUI first
• Network blocking - Verify port 33XX accessible

Issue 2: Query returns no results.

• PO doesn't exist - Verify in SAP transaction ME23N
• Wrong format - Try with/without leading zeros
• Authorization issue - Check S_RFC permissions

Issue 3: Failed to Reserve Data Fabric Engine.

Cause: You're on PDI or demo instance.

Solution: Request sub-production instance access.
