Create a connection record for the GRC: Thomson Reuters Regulatory Intelligence spoke

  • There are two connection and credential records: one for SFTP server and another for REST. The connection and credential aliases use these connections to perform actions in GRC: Thomson Reuters Regulatory Intelligence spoke.

    Antes de Iniciar

    • Request an Integration Hub subscription.
    • Activate the GRC: Thomson Reuters Regulatory Intelligence spoke.
    • Role required: admin.

    Procedimento

    1. Navigate to All > Application > Regulatory Change Management > Thomson Reuters > Connection & Credential Aliases.
      The following two Connection & Credential aliases are shipped with Thomson Reuters:
      • Thomson Reuters REST API
      • Thomson Reuters SFTP
    2. Click Create New Connection & Credential under Related Links for Thomson Reuters REST API or Thomson Reuters SFTP.
      The details to be provided in the SFTP alias and the REST alias are different from each other. When you enter the details in the Create Connection and Credential alias form, a new connection is created.
      The following fields are displayed on the Create Connection and Credential SFTP alias form for Thomson Reuters.

      Field Description
      Connection information Name of the SFTP connection type, for example, Windows SFTP, SFTP server host, and port of the server
      Credential information Name of the credential, user name, and password for an access to the SFTP server
      Post processing information Source path to the directory that contains the feed files, destination path to the directory where the successfully imported files should be moved
      The following fields are displayed on the Create Connection and Credential REST alias form for Thomson Reuters.

      Field Description
      Credential information Enter OAuth client ID
      Enter OAuth client secret
    3. Click Create for the SFTP alias form or click Create and Get OAuth Token for the REST alias form.

      Creates your Connection and Credential alias form and the File Connection Information record.

      Nota:
      Once a new connection is created, a file connection information record is created. If you click New under the Connections related list after a connection has been created, a new file connection information record will not be created.
