As a legal requester, on receiving the signed contract document from the signatories, add the digital version to the legal request record.
Before you begin
You must have a PDF version of the signed contract.
Role required: sn_lg_ops.legal_user
Procedure

Navigate to .
Note: If you’re using
Employee Center, you can submit
a legal request by navigating to the
Employee Center portal and selecting a
request from the
Legal menu.

Select My Requests option in the form context menu.

Select View all requests from the drop-down list.

Select the legal request from the list.

Select Upload Contract and navigate to the file.

Select Open.

If you have uploaded an incorrect file, upload the correct document by selecting Reupload Contract from the Actions drop-down list.

Select Close Complete to close the legal request.
Note: You can’t make any changes to the legal request after the legal request is closed.
Result
When the legal request is closed, an email with the final contract document attached is sent to the signatories.
