    Install Walk-up for CSM (com.snc.walkup_for_csm) app from ServiceNow store.

    Role required: sn_customerservice.customer

    About this task

    Walk-up check-in enables business users to schedule appointments for in-person support at service centers. The system automatically retrieves the nearest service center and provides appointment scheduling options.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to the Business Portal.
    2. Navigate to Requests > Submit a request > Walk-up check in in the portal header.
      The application identifies the nearest service center.
    3. Schedule an appointment.
