Mobile responsive for Case create component
Use the Case Create component on mobile devices to create cases with a form layout optimized for mobile devices.
The component automatically detects mobile devices and adjusts the form layout to fit smaller screens. Form fields reorganize to maintain readability, drop-down menus open as bottom sheets for easier touch interaction, and buttons are
sized appropriately for mobile use.
After submitting a case, the system generates a case number. When you select the copy () icon, the reference number is copied to the clipboard, and the icon changes to a tick () icon. Selecting the tick () icon displays a Copied to clipboard message, which disappears after 3 seconds and the tick () icon reverts to the copy () icon.Figure 1. Case create component mobile view
