Remove an AI system from a business application

    • You can remove an AI system from a business application record in the Enterprise Architecture Workspace.

    Before you begin

    Role required:
    • To remove an existing AI system from a business application: sn_apm.apm_user
    • To view the AI system details in the AI Control Tower: sn_aig.ai_steward or sn_aig.ai_asset_owner

    About this task

    Removing an AI system from a business application removes only the association. The AI system record in AI Control Tower is not deleted.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Enterprise Architecture Workspace.
    2. Open the Portfolio List view by selecting the Portfolio icon (Portfolio icon).
    3. Select the Expand row icon (Expand Row icon) next to Application Portfolio.
    4. Select the business application that you want to remove the AI systems for.
    5. Select AI systems.
    6. Select the check box next to the AI systems that you want to remove and select Remove.
      You can select multiple check boxes.
      A confirmation message appears.
    7. Select Remove.

      The selected AI systems are removed from the AI systems tab.
