Create a document template

    • Create a document template to define how architectural documents are generated from diagrams and architectural artifacts in Enterprise Architecture Workspace.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_apm.apm_user

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Enterprise Architecture Workspace.
    2. Open the Setup page by selecting the Setup icon (setup icon.).
    3. Select the expand row icon (expand row icon.) next to Templates.
    4. Select Document Templates.
    5. Select New.
      Fill in the details. For field information, see Document template form.
    6. Select Save.

    What to do next

    After creating a document template, you must define the content schema that determines what information is fetched from the diagram and related architectural records.
