Assign roles to control the actions that are available for each user. In the Service Exchange (sn_nowebonding) application, you assign roles by group rather than by the individual user so that when the job descriptions of users change, their roles are automatically updated.

Before you begin

Role required: admin

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > User Administration > Groups.
2. Click the group that you want to assign the role to.
3. In the Roles related list, click Edit.
4. Add the desired roles to the group.
5. Click Save.
