    Workplace Services Kiosk overview

    Workplace Services Kiosk is a customizable kiosk experience for visitors, who can autonomously check in, check out, and self-register instead of waiting in a queue. Visitors can use their existing invites to check in or check out using their pass code, name, email, or phone number. Employees can use the Workplace Visitor Management feature to send invites to visitors, and be notified when the visitor checks in using the kiosk.

    User Description
    Kiosk Administrator Kiosk Admins configure kiosk devices, create kiosk pages, and link the pages to the configurations.
    Kiosk Operator Kiosk Operators set up devices by linking them to kiosk device configurations.
    Visitor Visitors check in, check out, or self-register by using the kiosk device.
    Employee (Host) Employees send invites to visitors using the Workplace Visitor Management feature. Employees can choose to be notified through email or Virtual Agent when the visitor checks in.
