    Field Description
    Name The option displayed for the question.
    Order The position in which the option appears in the options sequence.
    Question Question associated with the option.
    Correct answer Desired answer for a question.

    When the checkbox is selected, the option will be registered as the correct answer for a scored question.
    Active Enables use of the option.

    When the checkbox is selected, the option can be viewed by users.
