Add and manage Talent Development (Talent) Talking Points

  • As an Talent admin you can add or manage Talking Points that are used by managers to help create a conversation with an employee.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_egd_act.admin or admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Employee Growth and Development Core > Suggested Talking Point.
    2. Select New.
    3. Complete the Suggested Talking Point New record form.
    4. Select Submit
