    Mentoring is a new and modern platform that provides an opportunity for employees to find and build meaningful mentoring relationships to drive employee growth and engagement.

    Benefit Feature Users
    Employees can choose to enroll as either a Mentee/Mentor or as both roles by indicating their enrollment preferences – skills, focus areas and other preference for mentorship. For more information, see Enroll as a mentor or mentee. Enroll as a mentee or a mentor Employee
    Mentees can choose skills as of one of their Mentorship enrollment preferences. Mentors can choose skills that they can provide mentorship assistance. For more information, see Search and add skills. Skills preferences Employee
    Enrolled Mentees can instantly view Mentor suggestions based on their enrollment preferences and also view additional match insights & mentor expertise to be able to choose an appropriate mentor. For more information, see View suggested mentors. Suggested mentors Employees enrolled as mentees
    Employees can search for mentors by name, job profile. They can also use additional filters to search from the list of mentors.
