Regenerate contract document after modifying request
As a legal user or legal fulfiller, regenerate the contract document for non-disclosure agreement contract requests when the legal request has been modified.
About this task
The contract document is not automatically updated with the latest values, when a parent request is modified. To update the contract document with the latest values, use the regenerate functionality.
After regenerating the document, if you see an error while sending the document for, update the signatory details and sync them. For more information, see Updating and synchronizing signatories.
You can regenerate a contract document only when the State is Draft or Work in progress.
Before you begin
- sn_lg_ops.legal_user and sn_cm_core.contract_user
- sn_cm_core.contract_fulfiller
Procedure
- Navigate to .

Select the List icon (
).
- Navigate to Legal Requests.
- Open a legal request.
- Navigate to Contract request and open the request.

Select the More Actions icon (
) and select Regenerate.
Result
- Draft: Replaces the existing contract document revision.
- Work in progress: Creates a new contract document revision and any changes made in the previous revision is discarded.
Note that although contract fulfillers can see all contract document revisions, a contract user can see only the latest revision.
