View the details of a non-disclosure agreement after it has been submitted and track request activities.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_lg_ops.legal_user and sn_cm_core.contract_user

Procedure

1. Open a legal request.

   Method	Actions
   Employee Center	Navigate to All > Employee Center Select My Requests option on the header menu. Open your submitted non-disclosure agreement request.
   Legal Service Portal	Navigate to All > Legal Request > Legal Service Portal Select My Requests option on the header menu. Select View all requests. Open your submitted non-disclosure agreement request.

2. View the details of the contract request.
   • Review the contract document by accessing the Contract Documents tab.
     • If the request uses internal storage for attachments, access the document by selecting it.
     • If the request uses external storage, access the document by selecting the link.
   • View a list of signatories and their details by accessing the Signatories tab.
   • Review the request details by accessing the Request Details tab.
   • View the signed contract document by accessing the Legal Contract tab.
   • If the request uses internal storage for attachments, view the contract document from the Preview tab.
3. Optional: Track the request's activities and post messages for the fulfiller working on it by accessing the Activity tab.
