As a legal fulfiller, cancel a wet signature process for contract documents that have been sent to signatories.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_lg_cnt.contract_fulfiller and sn_cm_core.contract_fulfiller

About this task

The state of the contract request should be Awaiting signature.

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > Legal Request > Legal Counsel Center.
2. Select the List icon ().
3. Open the request for which you want to cancel the signature.
4. Select the contract request from the Contract Requests tab.
5. On the Standard Ticket page, from the Actions menu, select Cancel signature.
6. On the confirmation window, select Cancel signature to confirm the cancellation.

Result

The contract status updates to Signature cancelled, and a notification email is sent to all signatories.
