  • Update signatory details on an external contract document when there is a failure in sending the document for signature.

    About this task

Sending document for signature fails when there is a mismatch between the signatory information in the contract request and the contract document. Update the signatory information to fix the inconsistency and resend the document.
    Note:
If you are using Contract Management Pro version 1.2.1 and the contract document is an internal document stored in your ServiceNow instance, signatories are automatically updated in the contract document when you send it for signature.
