Legal Counsel Center enables legal department members to categorize, prioritize, and efficiently address legal issues.
Legal Counsel Center requires the installation of the following applications:
- Legal Request Management (sn_lg_ops)
- Legal Counsel Center (sn_lg_cf_workspace)
Install Legal Counsel Center to get the Next Experience. Review the Legal Counsel Center application listing in the ServiceNow Store for information on dependencies, licensing or subscription requirements, and release compatibility.
Note:
Install Legal Counsel Center to get the Next Experience and then review and uninstall the Legal Counsel Center Classic. For more information, see Uninstall an application.
Legal Counsel Center benefits

| Intuitive search and filter capabilities | Search for relevant information across multiple sources such as knowledge bases, open and resolved legal requests and legal matters, and catalog items in Counsel Assist. |
| Compose and send emails | Compose and send emails from a legal request, legal matter, or matter task record forms through Legal Counsel Center. You can also compose emails and save them as drafts to send later. |
