Enable and configure AI Search in Legal Service Portal
The ServiceNow® AI Search application provides a modern consumer-grade search engine for the Legal Service Portal.

If AI Search isn’t enabled in your ServiceNow instance, contact Now Support for assistance.
Procedure

Add the sys_id of the Legal Service Portal record to the system property that
includes the supported portals.
- Navigate to .
- Open the Legal Service Portal record and copy its sys_id.
- Open the System Properties table [sys_properties], search, and open glide.service_portal.enable_ais_portal.allow_list.
- In the Value field, append the sys_id of Legal Service Portal record.
- Click Update.
