    1. Get the HRSM Pro license for ServiceNow HR Service Delivery applications.
    2. Install the HR Success Dashboard indicators application (com.snc.success_dashboard_hrsm).
    3. Configure the Knowledge Base for HR Service Delivery.
    4. Configure the Virtual Agent topics with VA deflection nodes.
    5. Set fulfillment automation level for the HR catalog item.
    6. Configure the Key Performance Indicators (KPI)s in the HR Success Dashboard indicators.
    7. Run the UpdateFormulasSD script to recalculate formulae.
    8. Activate Performance Analytics jobs.
