Configure a permit to work request

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin and sn_hs_rm.permit_coordinator

    About this task

    The admins must assign specific roles to the sn_hs_rm.permit_coordinator role to enable the permit coordinator to perform this configuration. For more information, see Configure permit-to-work.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Service catalog > Catalog definitions > Record producers.
    2. Search and select Request a permit to work record.
    3. To add new questions:
      1. Select New in the Variables related link.
      2. On the form, fill in the fields. For more information on the field description, see Variable new record form.
      3. Select Submit.
    4. To edit or update existing questions:
      1. Select the existing question in the Variables related link.
      2. Edit the form and select Update.
