Modify the Support resources widget display

  • The widget displays the support resources for the Employee Center Pro Kiosk user. You can configure the instance options based on your display preferences.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_hr_sp.esc_admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to the Employee Center Pro Kiosk home page.
      The kiosk home page is displayed.
    2. Click the Support resources widget.
    3. Press and hold the control key on the keyboard, right-click the widget, and then select Instance Options.
    4. Configure the instance options.
      Table 1. Widget configuration options
      Instance option Description
      Search Application Default search application (Read only).
      Search Sources Filter Comma-separated list of SYS IDs for searched sources filter from the sys_search_filter table.
      Title Title of the widget.
      Number of items per page Number of items you want to appear on the widget. Default value: 12.
      Default sort order Order in which the items are sorted and displayed. The options are:
      • popularity
      • alphabetical

      Default value: popularity.

      Give employees the option to globally expand their search Select this option to expand the search.
      Content displayed from Options in which the items are displayed. The options are:
      • Current topic only
      • Current topic and all child topics

      Default value: Current topic only.

    5. Click Save.
