    • Download the Notify connector for Microsoft Teams manifest file from your instance.

    Before you begin

    Role required: external_app_install_admin, admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > ServiceNow for Microsoft 365 > Application Manifest > Meetings Bot.
      ServiceNow for Microsoft Teams manifest file.

      After you install the ServiceNow for Teams pre-published app, the client ID and the app ID entries will not be displayed in the manifest screen.

    2. On the form, fill in the fields.

      Field Description
      Short name Short name of the meetings bot.
      State State of the manifest file.
      Full name Complete name of the meetings bot.
      Version Version of the meetings bot.
      Use default images Option to use default images for the meetings bot.
      Note:
      If you want to customize the company branding, clear the Use default images option and then upload the icons. For more information on the size of icons, refer App icons and manifest schema icons.

      You can upload an image for Color image and Outline image options.
      Short description Short description for the manifest file.
      Description Detailed description for the manifest file.
    3. Select Move to Ready.
    4. Select Download Manifest.

      Manifest file is downloaded on your system.
