Add access to contract request details to a form

  • As an administrator, add the ability to access contract request details to your form by adding the Contract Request tab.

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > System Definition > Tables
    2. Select the table with which the form is associated.
    3. Right-click the context menu icon Context menu icon and select Configure > Related Lists.
    4. Determine the view that should include the Contract Request tab.
      • To add the Contract Request tab to the ServiceNow AI Platform form, select Default view.
      • To add the Contract Request tab to the Agent Workspace form, select Workspace.
    5. Add access to contract request details by moving Contract Request from the Available list to the Selected list.
    6. Select Save.
    7. Select Update.
