Review users in a user segment group

  • After creating a user group segment, review and edit users before you create cases.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_hr_core_admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > HR Case Management > Agent Workspace for HR Case Management.
    2. Select the Lists icon (HR Workspace Lists icon).
    3. Select Bulk case requests.
    4. Select any bulk case request that has a status of Ready.
    5. Select the User segments group tab.
    6. Select the user segment group that you want to edit.
    7. Select the User segments tab.
    8. Select the Status column for the user that you want to edit.
    9. Select a status for users.
      OptionDescription
      Included User matches criteria defined in user segments, create a case for the user.
      Excluded User no longer matches the criteria defined in user segments, don’t create a case.
      Duplicate User has a duplicate record, don’t create a case.
      The Note column provides information on the status. The definitions are:
      • No hr_service.hr_criteria specified: HR criteria wasn’t used in selecting the user for the user group segment.
      • User satisfies hr_service.hr_criteria: HR criteria was used in selecting the user for the user group segment.
      • User do not satisfy hr_service.hr_criteria: The user didn’t meet the HR criteria selected and is excluded from the user group segment.
      • User from user-segment-group<group-label> with sys_id<unique-id> is included: The user is marked as a duplicate.
    10. Select Save.
