Customize the page header for a process page variant

  • Customize the page header by defining the primary and secondary fields that are displayed in CSM Configurable Workspace.

    Overview information for a record is available in the page header.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Now Experience Framework  > UX Header Configurations.
    2. Select the CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace Header Config header configuration.
    3. Select one of the following table names from the UX form headers list, depending on whether you're creating a table for a complaint case, onboading case, or a product support case.
      Case typeTable name
      Complaint sn_complaint_case
      Onboarding sn_onboarding_case
      Product Support sn_customerservice_case
      If you want a custom table, create a ux form header record. For more information, see Set up a form header in CSM Configurable Workspace.
    4. Enter the primary field and select the secondary values to display on the UI.
    5. Set the sequential order in which to display the secondary fields.
    6. Save the form header by selecting Update.
