Customize the page header by defining the primary and secondary fields that are displayed in CSM Configurable Workspace.
Before you begin
Role required: workspace_admin, ui_builder_admin, admin
Procedure

Navigate to .

Select the CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace Header Config header configuration.

Select one of the following table names from the UX form headers list, depending on whether you're creating a table for a complaint case, onboading case, or a product support case.

Enter the primary field and select the secondary values to display on the UI.

Set the sequential order in which to display the secondary fields.

Save the form header by selecting Update.
