Create service contract lines to store information related to a service or contract offer that is purchased or owned. You can also create child service contract lines and entitlements in the same hierarchy of a parent service
contract line.
Before you begin
Role required: sn_customerservice_manager and sn_ind_tmt_orm.order_admin
Procedure

Create a service contract line in the ServiceNow AI Platform interface or the CSM Configurable Workspace.

Select the service contract that you want to add the service contract line item to.

From the service contract lines related list, select New.

On the Service contract line form, fill in the fields.

Service contract line form. From the Child contract lines related list, you can create child service contract lines.

Select Submit.
The service contract line is created and the state is assigned based on the start and end dates of the related service contract.
Note: The contract dates can be modified later.
