Customize content in the left side panel for a process page variant

  • Components that can be added to the ribbon setting include Customer360, Timeline, Active SLA, or a custom ribbon component. You can update the ribbon component attributes based on the fields you want to display on the left panel on the process-based page interface.

    Before you begin

    Role required: workspace_admin, ui_builder_admin, admin

    Note:

    Any changes made to the configuration will affect other record page variants where this extension point is used.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Now Experience Framework  > Configuration Settings > UX Ribbon Setting > ..
    2. Select a ribbon setting- Customer360, Timeline, or Active SLA for your table.
      If a table doesn’t exist, create a ribbon setting for your table.
    3. Customize the values for the Ribbon Setting and the Ribbon Component Attributes.
    4. Click Update.
