Install Indoor Mapping

    • Install the Indoor Mapping application (sn_map_core) with dependent plugins.

    Before you begin

    • Ensure that the application and all of its associated ServiceNow Store applications have valid ServiceNow entitlements. For more information, see Get entitlement for a ServiceNow product or application.
    • Review the Indoor Mapping application listing in the ServiceNow Store for information on dependencies, licensing or subscription requirements, and release compatibility.
    Note:
    The application includes demo data and installs related applications and plugins. For Indoor Mapping map objects and map data to work with Workplace Service Delivery[workplace-service-delivery], install both Workplace Indoor Mapping[workplace-indoor-mapping] and Indoor Mapping[indoor-mapping] in your instance.

    Role required: map admin, admin

    • Roles
    • Tables
    • Scheduled jobs

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > System Applications > All Available Applications > All.
    2. Find the Indoor Mapping application (sn_map_core) using the filter criteria and search bar.

      You can search for the application by its name or ID. If you cannot find the application, you can request it from the ServiceNow Store.

      In the list next to the Install button,available application versions are listed.

    3. Select Install.
