    Proactive Prompts for Skills Intelligence

One of the biggest challenges that an organization faces is getting their employees to update their skills profiles. With the Proactive Prompts for Skills Intelligence application, you can solve this challenge easily because you can use the prompts in multiple engagement channels, such as Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook, Zoom, and the short messaging service (SMS).

The following example shows how proactive prompts are used to drive easy updates to employees in their flow of work.
Figure 1. Drive easy updates with Proactive Prompts
Screen shot that shows a proactive prompt on an employee's mobile screen.
As you can see in the example, the employee receives a prompt to update the suggestions that the Skills Intelligence application detected. The prompt sent to the employee clearly communicates the information. The employee just has to select a button to add the suggested skills to their skills profile.

With this feature, the managers in your organization don't have to follow up or encourage their employees to take action at the right time. Skills recommendations can help your employees keep their skills profiles up to date without constant reminders from their managers.
