  • View details of the tasks that are pulled from HR Service Delivery Integration with SuccessFactors into ServiceNow application.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_hr_sf.admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Integrations Framework > Todos
    2. On the form, view the fields.
      Table 1. Todos
      Field Description
      Active Option indicating whether the task is active in SuccessFactors.
      Integration todo ID Unique identifier for the SuccessFactors task.
      URL Navigation to SuccessFactors to complete the task.
      External status Current status of the task in SuccessFactors. For example, awaiting Action or cancelled.
      Domain
      Todo description Description of the SuccessFactors task visible in ServiceNow Employee Service Center .
      Assigned to User to whom the task is assigned.
      Todo state Option that indicates if the state of the task is one among the following:
      • Open
      • Complete
      Extension system The origin of the task.
      Due date Date and time by which the task has to be completed.
