    Role required: admin

    About this task

    Administrators may need to change owners or approvers for Journey designer plan configurations if people change roles or leave their job.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Journey designer > Administration > Manage Plan Configurations.
    2. Open a Plan Configuration to change an owner or approver.
      Double-click the Plan Configuration to open it.
    3. To to the Plan Config Owners and Approvers tab.
    4. Double-click the Name of the owner.
    5. Change the owners, co-owners, or approvers.
    6. Select Update.
